Absolutely horrible service with unhelpful staff. Have had an unemployment claim in for over a month and called them to try and figure out what was going on. They refused to help .They act as if they are doing you a favor. Please remember, unemployment is something your employer payed them for. They are so bad at their jobs that it is like they are a parody of the stereotype of the horrible government employees. They should fire all of these idiots and then make them go through their own unemployment system.
