She helped me set up an LLC for my business which has saved me a lot on taxes. She is very knowledgeable and professional and always responds to my calls or emails promptly. I highly recommend her for taxes and bookkeeping.

I was looking for an accountant as i had just started a new business and i did not want to deal with the accounting part of it; all i wanted to do was concentrate on making money. After talking to friends and colleagues it felt like everyone kept on sending me to "not right sized" business . I was looking for a true A to Z solution that would do all that i required and did not try to upsell me a catering staff. My best friend informed me that his sister had opened her own office a few years ago and was taking in new clients and that i should try to come in with the early customer. First thing i asked was ... was she not a police officer as memory serves? Well yes... some people are very accomplished and she falls there. After serving the community as a police officer she decided to open her own CPA practice. That was 2015. 3 years later i still love the personal touch, the cards in the mail, and the willingness to help and answer questions as much as the first day! As her business has grown she has hired more staff and moved into an office complex yet her personal touch has never waivered! In short hiring her was the best decision i made to help my business thrive and grow! She is highly recommended!

I had not heard from my tax person since my extension was submitted and I was in desperate need to file by deadline. Luckily, I messaged this firm and Frances came to my rescue!!!Frances was SWIFT, KIND , EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. Oh, HUGE SHOUT OUT to Alba!!!Without ever meeting me in person and as a new client I definitely felt like I received VIP treatment. I am so appreciative of the immediate assistance I received.
