I rarely leave reviews, but J&B Tech really rubbed me the wrong way. First off, the time and dollar amount estimates were way off. I could understand a nominal deviation, but they were both off by no small margin. The time estimate was 3-ish days and it wound up being over a month. The dollar estimate was roughly $100 off. Then to top it all off, when I finally got my laptop back it was missing screws out of the bottom. I called to express my concerns and was essentially told that nothing could be done. I will never be back and recommend anyone else do the same. The only reason that they're even getting one star is that I guess technically they did perform the actual repair that I came in for.

I brought my PC in with a hard drive failure on July 3rd, got it back a week later and everything seemed good. Then it failed less than a week after that, so I brought it back. They’ve had my computer for over a month now, with no communication unless I call them. They’re very flippant about it, like it should be normal to wait over a month for a repair. Horrible service

John and his staff are extremely talented people. First became a client a couple of years ago, when we had a major system crash on the work computer. They got me back up and running and have covered our computer with system backup monthly since then. Although I promised John that I was going to leave this review in Olde English, I decided not to do so, as I wanted this review to be very clear to everyone who reads it and taken seriously. :) J&B Tech is the way to go for regular protection, crisis situations, and education about how to run your best system. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Picked up a small notebook for use at the studio. Great price, great service, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have used J & B Tech in the past for my other computers and have always had consistently great service and support. I highly recommend this company for computer, networking, and other technology sales and support needs for both the commercial and personal use clients. I have confidently directed many to them over the years and heard good reports back from them as well.Keep up the great work there J&B!!

I was in desperate need of a new desktop computer. I had a quote from a company I do a lot of work with but then I happened to be at JB Tech one day for an issue with my laptop. Not only did they immediately resolve my laptop issue but when I mentioned my desktop issue I got a quote right then. It was $150 less (NOT cheaper), a better machine and I was able to get it sooner than had I gone with my original quote. Going to JB Tech turned out to be a lifesaver for me.

Purchased my computer there years ago and eventually had some hardware issues. They instantly knew the problem and fixed it for an extremely reasonable price. It was back in my hands in no time.Security is important to me and they always handled my data and the most respectful and professional manner.Highly recommend going here!
