I went to James Financial with a big tax headache and with Barbara's help the situation was completely turned around. Even had her re-file the previous year's taxes as well. I've done my own taxes for years with tax software, but no more. From now on I'm turning them over to the experts. It's more costly having them done professionally but you might avoid the IRS hounding you for money you owe when they owe you money.

Mr. James is satisfactory accountant, however, his sales practices are a little misleading. When I called for pricing, he quoted me over the phone saying around $300 depending on the complexity of my return, he ended up charging us $655 (we had our federal return, 2 state returns, a return for our nanny, and we had bought a house this year so we had to file for the credit). All of this information I had given him over the phone, so while, he does a good enough job, he over charges in the long run.
