I called & ask to have a copy of my tax info emailed to me. The employee named Lekeya didn't hesitate to assist me. She sent a verification email to prove it was me (personal info) Then she sent me everything I need. The process was 15 min & didn't cost. a thing, Great service deserve recognition

Got jammed four years of taxes no one answers the phone was lied too about processing my information. I'm getting calls back to back from IRS and the department of revenue about not reporting some tax info when the whole time I sent everything off and have emails to vouch for that. I was very ok with everything into I notice foul play my tax process.👎
