I've been a customer for years and definitely have no plans on making a change. Denise is one of the sweetest and most helpful women in the office, but everyone I've worked with have always been very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They've always been patient and listened carefully to my questions. I'm not exactly an expert with every insurance-related detail, but they have consistently answered my questions promptly, and in a way I could really understand. Additionally, I distinctly remember my wife and I really shopping around, and their quotes are the most competitive. The owner has gone to the registry of motor vehicles on my behalf on a number of occasions so that I wouldn't need to wait in that crazy line/waiting room at the dmv. One time they overnight-ed some paperwork I really needed while I was coordinating a move back to Western MA. They've just always been really helpful and very professional. This is a total no-brainer if you're living in MA and in the market to purchase/bundle insurance.
