Overall Feedback:

A loss that I had was mistakenly input as a gain during our interview. I get it, mistakes happen. Here's the bad part: when the return was done, I told Judy that the amount owed didn't sound right and I wanted to review the return before she filed it. I reviewed and discovered the error and notified her of the mistake within 48 hours. Guess, what? The return had already been filed. So had the Nebraska return. And despite being told the Iowa return hadn't been filed before I caught the error, the Iowa return had also been filed. Amended returns were subsequently filed, but I have been receiving notices every month from the IRS. And after another grueling call with the IRS people, I found out that the amended return was just processed. Sorry Judy, but you've lost our business.
