Called about my underage child and wouldn't let me know what the concern was. Hung up on me when I refused to give them information. Called back and had to Google them. You don't identify yourself and expect for me to give out personalized information.... Consider yourself reported.

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME OVER A BILL THAT I PAID TO THE HOSPITAL I CALLED THE HOSPITAL AND THEY SAID IT IS FRAUD TO REPORT THEM AND I HAVE WITH A LETTER OF PAID IN FULL FOR THE ONE THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT.

Of course it’s not fun to have debts in collection but every person I’ve talked to here has been helpful and nice, which helps when in negative financial situations. Very helpful and doesn’t expect payment upfront, which is pretty impossible for me. They do offer several ways to make sure your payments are made without breaking you.

this company has terrible customer service I called to get past receipts on a payment I made and the guy named rex told me I couldn’t do it without an account number when I had done it the day before as well. after he was done talking over me and belittling me he hung up on me, he should be fired

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. After getting the run around after 5 calls I ask for a manager. The woman meant to transfer the call and let her supervisor know she was "Getting the mean one" while she was actually on the call with me. I ask for a copy of my payment & they never sent it. Never faxed papers. Horrible company & customer service!
