Mr. LaFoy handled our taxes for 2018. The first problem, one of our dependents social security number was wrong (not the number we provided), 2nd problem, a 2019 1099 was filled out not a 2018 1099 for the ex spouse, 3rd problem the health care 1095A was not reported on our return at all. The IRS rejected our return, sent us a letter and now we have to straighten out our return. All of this information was provided to LaFoy & Associates. The errors are completely on them.
