I've used ISSI twice, the first time I found employment elsewhere, but the second time they placed me one and done. Both times I worked with John who was really professional, helpful and very concerned that the job was the right fit for me as well as me being the right fit for the company I was interviewing with. It's nice to be treated like a client and not a product by a recruiter. I've got nothing but praise for this organization and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (But hopefully not any time soon ;) )

Incredibly helpful. Did a lot more for me than I could have done myself. Even if I hadn't gotten the job they helped me with, it would have been my failing and not theirs. More than just getting me access to opportunities, they went above and beyond to follow up even after I was hired. I recommend companies utilize their services to find potential employees and that anyone looking for a job work with them if given the chance.

These guys make dream jobs come true. The entire team went out of their way to ensure a perfect fit for both employee and employer. They wouldn't settle for a placement, it had to be the perfect placement. If you are thinking of making a change, this team needs to be your first and only call. I tasked John and Mike to find me a place I could retire from, my words to them were, I want my next first day to be my last. They accomplished that and much more.
