The company I work for uses it and our check stubs are never online when there support to be web site is always down other than that no problem just need some fixing

This is the worst Human Resources/ Payroll company I have ever encountered. They are difficult to reach and when an error is clearly theirs, they become highly defensive and try to blame the client. Mistakes are constant and many lies are told to clients. Do not use them.
