Currently an employee of Intrastaff and my experience was pleasant. I was recruited through applying online and my onboarding person (Lisa) was helpful and nice. The most responsive way I interacted with my workers was thru email. They usually responded within a few hours or the next day. Calling can be a hassle as you have to go thru the prompts and usually they are on the phone or away from their desk. Payroll wasn't an issue for me as I called ahead to inquire of things instead of waiting until the last minute when you're looking for your money. The only complaints I would honestly give is the parking as the building is in a sort of shopping center so there are few parking spaces and the parking spaces are close together. Also the onboarding process is long. Takes about 4 weeks. So someone who may be looking to start immediately will have that set-back and also if you don't drive that will be an issue as you have to go to different places to get your pre-employment testing done. I actually got hired on permanently to the position I am currently working in :) they get your foot in the door as Johns Hopkins can be tricky to get into since sooo many people apply.

The front desk clerk Lashona is very rude. She has no type of hospitality at all. She is in the wrong field because it seems she does not enjoy helping people. The other workers who Iv'e meet have been very nice. It's the first desk clerk Lashouna who needs to improve her attitude or leave.

I agree they are very nasty !I appreciate the opportunity but these females has issues or extremely miserable in their personal lives who work for this agency .I worked for Kelly Services before and I must say , they are a little more professional. Smh

She said her name is Lashana, for all I know she lied about her name. Anyways on 6/6/19 at 8:35ish am. I stopped by the office to ask for directions on how to get to the office I was looking for. The front desk woman was EXTREMELY rude, smart mouth, and probably a racist. I felt discriminated and insulted by her. All I did was ask how to get to an office, I worry how she treats people who are looking for services from her. I really hope a manager or someone reads these comments. No one should deal with a person like her.

Their staff is not pleasant, they take their time to handle serious matters like payroll. The entire office is not in sync on communication skills! They have too many people doing trying to do other peoples jobs. And their receptionist is absolutely horrible, her attitude stinks always!

I was companion for 2 years and they SUCK at paying you on time because THEY lose track of your time, they don not answer the phone when you inquire about your shifts, they hire just anybody like they are just terrible. So glad I quit, but I miss actually helping the patients.
