Feedback:
If there was a negative star i would have picked it . IMR has the most incompetent recruiters i have ever dealt with. Please do not waste your time with them!!
Feedback:
Even a cursory search would reveal to you that one of the 5 star reviews is written by somebody who currently works at IMR...hence his anecdote about "having worked with the firm to find his current placement."That should tell you all you need to know about the caliber of individual working at IMR - intelligent enough to write a self praising review but not smart enough to even attempt to conceal their clear affiliations with the place.Word of advice - your career is extremely important and you should thus be mindful of you entrust with your job search. Do yourself a favor and avoid these jokesters. 0 stars.
Feedback:
Present old postings, contact references with rude questions. No soft skills avoid

Feedback:
I worked with them to place me in my current role. I felt I was well prepped for the interview and my experience was great. I felt that they wanted me to succeed in a role they lined me up for. My experience was so great I use for the fill the roles I am hiring for now.
Feedback:
This firm is a complete JOKE! The recruiter on the temp side that I worked with had ZERO industry experience in which she was recruiting. She only came to me with 3 opportunities all of which would have been a torpedo to my resume. After time passed with no calls for permanent opportunities I initiated a call with a permanent placement recruiter. During our chat he acted like my information wasn't in the system to be considered for permanent roles. Save yourself the trouble and work with a different firm.
Feedback:
I was first approached by IMR from North Carolina for a job. I she promised that she'll keep me posted on what's available and never heard from her again (I even left her a viocemail). Then I was approached by the IMR of New York office and was invited to come speak with them in person. I spoke with two people name Matt and Kristin- one was a temp specialist and one was a perm specialist. You can tell that these guys are all for themselves because they ask you NOT to apply for any jobs on your own. They try to lure you in saying that they've got the contacts and the resources to place you in. They will also ask you to run down the companies you've applied to (quite frankly it's too many that I couldn't even remember all). They will do whatever it takes to make money- even if it means for you to take a crap job at a crap pay. They will pressure you pretty hard. I got one interview from MIR, it was a temp role at Citi. I got the notice about a week before the interview and I got the call on that day from someone else in MIR. They decided to cancel the interview and not see me. Never heard from these crooks again. By the way they offered 14 an hour and after negotiation I pushed it to over 20 bucks. Temp agencies bill their clients about 40-60% more than what you make so don't feel so bad trying to push your pay. I've worked with about 15 recruiters and IMR has been the worst one so far.
