IPMS handles bills for various physicians. I spoke with them 2 weeks ago about not being able to pay a physician's bill via their website as it was listed as "not secure". As nothing was changed I reviewed them more negatively for that and presenting billing information that was somewhat incoherent. I also had to make other arrangements to pay the physician group which was a nuisance.I don't like negatively reviewing anyone as reviews are important. Since then, they finally fixed the SSL certificate issue and wrote me. Based on what I read, I thought the review should be neutral.
