Client Review on Integrated Payroll Services (iPS)

Feedback:

This company is a 3rd party that is used by company I worked for. I had an issue with payment. In a round about way, that company blamed iPS and talked about what they can and cannot do because iPS takes care of everything. I contacted iPS and they said they cannot help either. So, basically nobody can help me get paid correctly because there are blurred lines about who is supposed to train about the software and who is supposed to be in charge of the helping the user. I did appreciate the direct phone number on the contact us page. The person answering my call did seem polite and genuine. I would have liked to vote this company higher but there was no effort made on their part to contact the company to try to help resolve the issue.
