Client Review on Integrated Payroll Services (iPS)

Our company has used IPS for years. We were extremely pleased with their service. Unfortunately, our company was bought out and we were forced to use the corporate payroll provider they already had in place. I would highly recommend IPS to any business. The site is user friendly, and you can do anything that you want as far as reporting. The personnel that you work with at IPS are second to none. If there is not a payroll report out there that meets your needs, you can create your own with ease. If you have a problem creating a report you need, they will assist you in making sure you get whatever format that you are looking for. I have used in house payroll, ADP, Oasis, Pay Com, and none even come close to IPS. In my opinion, they are top notch. They will make sure that you have hands on training, not just remotely over the phone. They will take you step by step through the training process or any other payroll project that you need help with. They don't just train you and leave you on your own, they are always there to assist you in anyway they can. They cater to each company's specific needs. Their Account Manger, Gail Moran is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the payroll and HR system. She is always cheerful, friendly and excited to help you with your needs. She and the rest of the team are very responsive to emails and voice messages also. I could go on and on. You won't be sorry if you choose IPS as your payroll and HR provider.
