Incredibly slow and rude, the girls that did my testing did not know what they were doing at all. I was told they would take a qtip size amount of hair for testing and was left with a large bald spot in the back of my head!! I took pictures and asked to speak to the department supervisor and ended up speaking to the same girls that made the mistake in the first place they told me their was no mistake made, I asked how they would no if they hadn't even seen the pictures yet? Now they are just trying to cover their selves. I asked for a refund which I believe is more than fair! Waiting on a call back from their supervisor Jennifer.
