This lab is our favorite lab to work with! The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone we've worked with has solid DOT Drug and Alcohol knowledge. We will continue to use them for all our drug and alcohol testing needs.

I would have rated it 5 stars because the staff was really friendly and accommodating, a stark departure from the two signs greeting everyone who walks through the door. See photo. Since the sign yells and curses, I expected similar treatment from the staff who wrote it. They provide a service that many oilfield workers need, and it's their responsibility to accommodate them. Maybe provide a few boot scrubbers outside and just inside the door. Provide booties. Or better yet, install tile or vacuum two or three times a day. But don't yell and curse at customers. And maybe get rid of the cat. Some people are allergic to them.
