I did not have a good experience with this service. If they make an error they will make it look like it was someone else's error. I don't like doing business with someone that can be dishonest to its customers. I used to refer clients here but not any more.

We have been using Inova for a long period of time. We switched to their cloud payroll software from their desktop application last year. The new website is much more robust and their Client Application support team is superb. They are responsive and are always willing to help if we have a question or a unique situation.

I have used Inova Payroll with 2 companies where I have primary responsibility for payroll. Their team is top notch. They work with my managers of many locations and communicate any concerns in a timely fashion. When we have had concerns or problems they work with us to resolve quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.

Inova has done our payroll for years for more then one company I am involved with. I have to say that they are more then just a payroll company. They have helped me with a lot of payroll tax issues along the way. If they don't have the answer for you they will try to find it or point you in the right direction. They are always on top of payroll changes and are not afraid to reach out to touch base with you regarding these changes. I would recommend them to anyone for their payroll needs.
