Called 3 times in 2 days, concealing their caller ID. This is not permitted. All callers without proper caller ID MUST have an authorization number, otherwise they receive a legal cease and desist notice with a $25 notification and processing fee, regardless of whether or not they listen to it, and a $100 monthly late fee assessed automatically on the first of each month to each account. Consent is automatic and immunity to the National Do Not Call list is inapplicable. This is legal and binding regardless of whether or not they listen to the message to learn how to make payment in order to avoid having this legal debt on their credit report.
