I've worked with IBS across 13 years and two companies. They are the gold standard of customer support in my book. The service they provide leaves companies like ADP and Paychex in the dust. They have helped me out of tight spots when I've been up against payroll deadlines, figured out work-arounds for unusual situations, and gone out of their way to get my questions answered. Given the opportunity, I would always choose their payroll service over any competitor.
