Ignore the bad reviews. Dr Bonner and his staff are great. Sometimes people expect the world from a DR, and expect them to be at their finger tips.... They're busy people, waiting is apart of the practice, and part of being a patient. And as far as what the place looks like, thats just petty.... Its a DR office, not a 5 star resort.

I called when I was 5 minutes away and asked the receptionist the wait time for a random drug test, she replied no wait time. When I got there their was 2 guys waiting there and they said they were waiting over an hour. I’ve been here 45 minutes. If the dr has the receptionist lying to get patients what kind of true diagnosis will you get

Terrible customer service! You call them and they have no answer for you. The nurses are on lunch 24/7. This place is horrible

One excellent employee named Silvia. The rest of the staff including doctor left alot to be desired . Building and equipment run down. Looks like a state health clinic in North Philly.

I was there for a dot medical card and they knew I was hurt on job but I didn’t want any issues with my cdl license so they knew my health issues and wouldn’t give me a medical card. They did however TAKE my $115.00 DOLLARS up front instead of telling me they can’t issue me one but took the cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This isn’t how you conduct business this is how you scam and rip people off. They don’t deserve any stars. Place looks like a dump from the outside can’t even remodel the place.

Dr. Bonner is one of a kind! I've been seeing him for years now. He is a doctor that actually cares about his patients and takes the time with you, not one of them doctors that gets you in, writes you a script, then gets you out in a hurry. He is amazing! That's why even after moving, I drive over 30 min to see him monthly. Would recommend 100%

I'm a 29 year old Professional Wrestling Promoter, who during the day in and day out of operating a company constantly, no one but Dr. Bonner is the GREATEST Pain Mgt specialist for someone who career deals in physical pain. But sadly, I was born with Spastic Cerebral Palsy, which due to the way that make me walk, 2 years later gave me Degeneritive Disc Disease, which caused mild scoliosis. Thats not factoring in the over 15 kidney stones due to the complications of the CP cause calcium build ups, aka kidney stones and I was informed on 12/9 we've been blasting the right kidney and in the mean time a huge stone has entered the left and if NOT TREATED PROMPTLY AFTER INSURANCE FIGHTS, must be blasted and broken apart to allow a human man to pass something that size. Through all this, Dr. Bonner/DR. Alicia Gullespie/Alicia Nurse has never allowed to since I am to him 3yrs ago and understands the pain and strain of having a handicap that forces you to walk but the way you're body adapted is when you walk, you place yet MORE strain on the neck back and knees. Despite finding another doctor 6 months ago as all my conditions got worse with weeks, no one is a better. caring doctor. He does NOT enjoy patients in pain, provided all medical records confirm it, which if its real pain, bonner wont be the first doc you went to to build a medical care and general case. Such a great doctor in his friend of pain mgt thru various sources. Trigger point, Cortozone injections, Therapy. Usual in the VERY SMALL combination of medicatons that vary depending on case! THE MAN CURES PAIN, Industrial Health & Rehabilitation Veterans Highway (Located before The Sheer Reactions hair cuttery on Veterans Highway. Contact them, get your records together, insurance updated and cards ready at time of appt along with copay if needed. ENJOY!
