There are no negative reviews on Inca Accountants

I always get contact from Inca straight away; They reply within the same day with anything that I need. They seem very approachable, and friendly to deal with. They understand the questions I ask and are able to answer them.Inca have helped me to understand lots of the financial side of things that I wouldn't have had a grasp of before, so some of the subtleties around VAT and CIS. They answer my questions straight away where I would have been struggling to look up the information for myself.I've only had one other accountant, when I was based in London, and I found him much harder to get hold of, and slower to respond to questions that I had. Inca are much better.

“Inca are easy to get on the phone. They give an awful lot of feedback, so they give plenty of up front warning about what's going to happen, for instance when your tax bills are due. Their payroll service is excellent and they always prompt every single week to ensure overtime etc. gets calculated correctly. They also work out what your costs are going to be at the start of the year so you can set up a standing order and spread it over the year. Their whole networking thing is useful as well. I don't know of any other accountant who puts on training events and gives their clients a chance to work together.”

Inca do everything that's relevant and nothing that's irrelevant; what they provide is perfectly aligned with what we need. Inca have supported our business for nearly 14 years now and whenever I've needed advice it's always been forthcoming. I switched to them very early on in the development of our business because I realised that our previous accountants, who I'd used to set up the company, were not really tuned in to the needs of businesses of our size and type.

‘It just seems very personal in the way they deal with you. I've only just started working with them a couple of months ago. I had some work that needed doing urgently and they got it done within a couple of days. The after care is good as well. They offer workshops every now and again.They've recommended the BNI networking group and I know Graham Carson has a lot to do with that although I haven't had a chance to go yet.I'm new to being self employed and running my own business but through these workshops they give a good insight, for instance in advertising through social media, which opened my eyes to all the different things you could do through that.Another good thing about them is that they're based in Wantage and I'm in Henley so I was expecting to have to go out there, but I don't, they're in Henley every Wednesday.They gave me a lot of advice on the initial meeting I had with them, and from discussions I've had with them, you can go to them at any time and they'll help you with your business and help your business grow. They're happy to do that. There's no hidden cost either, anything they do for you the cost is up front.They've covered everything that I've needed so far. They seem very personable.’
