Staff is very kind and helpful always answering all my questions. They even send out reminders on what paperwork is needed (based off of last year) and if there are any for see able life changes exactly what I will need to keep track of for next year's taxes. I feel unhurried, well taken care of and that my information is secure.

I've been with In Balance Books now for 5 years and I have never had an issue where Pat hasn't made sure that I was 100% satisfied. As far as I'm concerned she is the best in Adams County . I would give 10 stars.
