iGen Talent is straight forward on what they'll deliver. Insurance Agents are a particularly hard discipline to recruit for in Michigan, and iGen provided a realistic time line and snapshot of what the market has to offer, so we could plan accordingly. Other staffing firms have taken advantage of us, upping the fee because of this talent deficit in the market. Out contract with iGen Talent also provided us with the lowest percentage fee we've seen thus far since working with staffing firms. It's encouraging to know we can always count on iGen Talent to always remain honest and ethical.

Our NYC based agency first reached out to iGen Talent when our payroll manager departed for maternity leave earlier than expected. We had intended to recruit for a temporary replacement but suddenly found ourselves in a bind with no one else to absorb her role. iGen Talent found us a qualified payroll candidate within a few days and remained apart of the conversation throughout her assignment to be sure everything continued to go smoothly. We actually ended up retaining this candidate even after our payroll manager returned from mat leave and couldn't be happier with how our finance department is functioning. It's clear that their personal touch and dedication to understanding the best culture fit promoted such a great outcome.

iGen Talent was a huge lifeline to us during our search for a leasing agent. We manage dozens of properties and didn't have the flexibility to take on the recruitment for this position. iGen Talent got us in touch with an already established leasing agent from a direct competitor in our area. Other staffing agencies in the Detroit had arranged conference calls with us but never delivered any qualified talent- iGen saw the process through until we were satisfied with our hire, while maintaining consistent communication. We'll certainly reach out to them next time we're hiring.
