If you are not speaking Spanish don't come here to be placed at Lippert Components. They tell you at Lippert 1 min or 5 min after your 8 hours are up that you have to work Mandatory overtime while the management goes home.At Lippert ComponentsIf you work hard during the 8 hours they will intimidate you that you need to go faster and you are not fast enough.Many of the meeting are more Spanish then they get in English.Meetings are to be translated quickly and the same not told different to different groups.Lippert pays lower and expects more then you can do in many departments. Not all.Overtime is voluntary and should be given more warning even if it is mandatory. Be aware before you go here
