The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me as she explain the fingerprinting process to me so she can send my prints to the correct department. 2 other customers came in after and went she ask them for the ORI NUMBER 1 reply to her and told her that she suppose to have it. NO SHE NOT YOUR EMPLOYER HAS TO GIVE IT TO YOU.

I was asked to get the screening done for the summer camp that i’m now working. At first the place looked busy, but the staff moved the line efficiently and i’ve got my electronic fingerprints done in less than 20 minutes. The process was very professional and painless. I reported to my employer that all was good, thank you.

They lady Alma at the front desk was very nice and she smile with me as she help me to understand that i needed a ORI Number from the employer who send me to get my prints taken. She also explain to me in details that without that ORI NUMBER SHE WILL not be able to collect my fingerprints and send it to the correct employer, Once i was finish getting the information she had asked for i was able to go back up to the front desk without waiting back in line again and she took care of me immediately and i was able to be Fingerprinted for the correct department Thank you Alma for all your help. This is a very nice place to go for service its fast and friendly and she make sure that your results go to the proper Department. GREAT JOB ALMA KEEP UP THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
