Overall Feedback:
I worked with ICI over the course of about 6 months after I graduated college. I was trying to relocate to Chicago and they were very understanding about the distance and arranged a Skype interview to get me in the door. They were also very good about giving me a heads up about available temp jobs so I had plenty of time to make sure I could be in Chicago to take them. I had about 5 interviews with a few companies before I found a permanent position. There were a few that were a bit far outside my area of interest, but Brian Jones (the agent I worked with) was very good about making it clear that he knew it wasn't a perfect match but that he wanted me to be aware of any possible opportunities. ICI also gave some pretty solid advice about what to say in each interview. Eventually, I did find a permanent position with a great company. While I would definitely suggest that job seekers continue to look for jobs on their own, throwing your hat in with ICI is a pretty good bet.
