Its a super basic place to work. I dont hate it, but I dont love it. I love my coworkers but not the pay. Management has been accommodating to me. I'm satisfied.

If I could rate ICall Services Inc 0 stars I would. This place is a horrible place to be employed. Their management is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This employer DOES NOT care about their employees. Some examples of them not caring, you have to submit a request for a day off 2 weeks in advance and hope it gets approved or you can't have it off. They don't accept doctor's notes as an excused absence no matter what the circumstances. I worked here for almost a year before they terminated me for too many points. They didnt care about how good my performance ratings were or the fact that I had been there the longest out of the agents that were left. I would NOT recommend this employer to worst enemy. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK AT ICALL SERVICES!!

This job is ok if you don't have any issues. My car got broke into and after mentioning it to the head buy Jeff he told me I should quit if I felt unsafe because it's a at Will employment state and I was choosing to be unsafe. Then told me he'd fire me right there but he didn't know enough about me the management is straight garbage all they care about is answering the phones. But not worried about staffing the cases because they have ways to make the clients think we are doing thing and filling cases when really over half the cases went even touched even after requested being placed weeks before this is the worst job I've ever had

This place is terrible if you're not in the management clique no one will help you. While you're taking calls all the managers and thier friends play games on their computers or play on their phones isnt that against HIPAA guidelines? Do not work here if you wanted to get treated unfairly when you ask for help and by the way the training is no training they let you figure it out yourself. I won't be surprised if this place goes under for fraud jeff likes to party with his nose and not pay his employees bonuses.

iCall services is a horrible place of employment. They offer no benefits, Like to pay there employees less for doing more pay "sales" on a conversion rate once a month. So if you are an outstanding employeeNever late no points against you work 40+ hours a week take 200 irate sales calls top salesmen sales mvp for the month and get less of a bonus then people who are working 3 days a week, and the call sales incentives so the can not pay you and say sorry heres a 50$ gift when I should have earned double my incentives. Then send an email to the whole sales team showing what incentives everybody earned I tried to talk to my boss because I upset I was make 50% less then my co-workers she said one moment waited for me to take my break and went home earlySo monday I tried to call in three times to call off work and left messages with reps that answered the phone I did not get threw ao I had my brother tell her I was not coming and had conversation with her told her that I was upset with my pay and didn't like the way I was treated Friday she told my brother to tell me to take a couple days to cool down and we will talk when I pick up my check thursdayI went in thursday and she handed me my check and said "we wish you luck with your future indevors, unless you want to talk."I went to talk to her and the first thing she says why do you think you deserve to get paid I explained she asked again why do think you deserve to get paid...I walked out of the room..They fired me for no call no show when my boss told me to take the days off and I had 17 hours Pto time ( personal time off)They will do things to get you to quit like move you to a cubical by your self 10 feet away from the restrooms with a printer for the whole call center in the cubical next to me I didnt quit I hung in there.Do not work for these shady individuals who don't care about there employees
