If I could give HTSS no stars I would. They are the most unorganized staffing agency ever. I started last year as a temp working at the only major employment opportunity that they have to offer, which is at Samuel Adams the brewery. 6 months in they offered me a position at their agency as a recruiter where they gave me little to no training for and expected me to pick up where their last recruiters left off at. Not to mention the other recruiters quit due to all the stress and were fed up on how rude they treat people who work for them.The management is poor. The owners daughter just sits in her office all day and does nothing but send emails, doesn’t help out with anything when we are short staffed. My team of 3, including myself was in charge of doing EVERYTHING for an account that owns 80 percent of their business. I would have to do attendance for an entire company start calling people in who have applied through indeed or on their site, interview them, conduct drug screenings handle phone calls process these people and schedule people in at the same time BY MYSELF ALONE. I was told I had to have 30+ people a day. They have such high demands on the employees they choose to hire. They didn’t want me hiring anyone who previously had any injuries, you could be in your 30’s and broke your leg in high school and won’t hire you. They even gotten so low to the point if they hired you and heard you injured yourself they will fire you for any little thing and use that as a reason.
