Pain-free and uncomplicated Software to use.Great software for automation. They have various inbuilt work-flows which make the processing easier. Companies should opt for HRMantra if they are looking to automate their HR processes as it is built with various reports in any given module. The features are designed in a way that each process is interlinked to each other, hence making the HR’s work simpler. The mobile application is very useful as it saves the employee’s time with the shortcuts present in each application. Service provided by operations team is also very time efficient and quick.

HRMantra software has got many inbuilt work flows which makes our work stress-free. Good all time customer support. All queries are resolved on time. Easy tracker for Attendance, In & Out Time of Employees, Attendance Report generation with different variation as per requirement. Easy Employee Addition & Deletion process. Can track type of leaves - Casual Leaves, Comp off, Maternity, Unpaid. Customer support provided is very good. All issues are resolved quickly. Easy to download pay slips and reports for payroll purpose.

We purchased HRMantra Software 3 years ago and still have been using it since then. It has actually made our work simpler and saved alot of time. They have user friendly modules which are easy to access, quick in solving employee grievances to reduce attrition, good support from the implementation team, quick in solving client issues. Travel and assets modules are really well designed for admin purpose, also making payroll processing simpler for the HR department.

Using HRMantra for over 2 years now. It’s been an easy and hassle free software to use. The payroll module has made the processing trouble-free and time saving. Easy to access the pay slips and generate reports as well. HRMantra has invested extensive Man years in it’s HCM software and the results are clear to see. Also helped give us more than expected ROI and help achieve an enormous time saving for our employee-driven processes.
