Very unprofessional, the dental department canceled my appointment and didn’t care to leave a message for me. I canceled my work for the appointment and went there and all they could say there is nothing we can do (with an attitude). I don’t recommend this place.

This place is the worst! You will not get an appointment here until you press numerous ocho for Spanish. They don't want to give out appointments to English speakers. The office staff is incredibly lazy and incompetent and the doctors are not much better. This is a place that preys on vulnerable Hispanic population that may not be well informed, and can be pushed around easily. The department of Health needs to launch a full scale investigation into theit activities. Stay clear of this place!

I'm giving this place two middle fingers and would give negative stars if I could. This place is the WORST. Whenever I call to make an appointment I'm on hold for at least half an hour. When I have to schedule dental, god forbid, there's never availability and I'd be lucky if they don't cancel my appointment. My primary doctor never seems to be in either. I don't know what the problem is here, if they see way too many patients or if they're just severely disorganized or both. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Extremely horrible !!!!!!! A nurse that doesn’t like me told people at my school, I know about my pregnancy. I wasn’t ready to tell anyone. I’ve called them10 time today to make an emergency appointment no one picks up. Had an appointment with the dentist, took four months to get for me and my child. Just to be called as I arrive and told there canceling and cant give me another appointment for four more months. My son needs to be seen and I have a toothache. Now have to go to westchester medical center for help which is even a bigger night mare.

Avoid at all costs. They claim to be dentists but can not actually do a cleaning, fill a cavity, root canal or pull a tooth. Staff is very rude and dismissive. Also it will take months for an appointment. Very disappointing.

Don’t go here for the dentist! The dental department commits Medicaid FRAUD! My mother went there once to get a tooth extracted. But they didn't extract the tooth and referred her to another dental practice to extract all my teeth in order to get dentures. She went to the other dentist and they sent in the paperwork to get approval for the dentures. But she was denied by Medicaid for the dentures because HRHCare had already sent in their claim for payment for putting them in her mouth. Sooo somehow they took out all her teeth and put in dentures all in one day?! Yet here she is, still with all her teeth in her mouth and no dentures. Medicaid and myself have repeatedly tried to contact them to return they money they fraudulently collected to no avail. They took advantage of an older woman and I'm sure they've done it to others as most of the patients I saw in there were older or didn't speak English which are all easy targets. The only reason we found out is because I called Medicaid to ask why she was denied. I'm sure other people would of gotten the denial from Medicaid and accepted it without calling to see why they were denied. So beware before going to the dentist there, they could submit fraudulent claims for you as well.
