Very professional and genuine in their approach. Different from other agencies that simply treat you as a commodity for their clients. They get very personal and have your best interests in mind throughout. They actually care. I was very happy (and comfortable) in my previous role, until the executive recruiting team reached out and convinced me on how I can better expand and deepen my expertise. They provide step by step updates on the process, help you prep for your interviews, and give feedback when needed (good or bad). I highly recommend HRCap.
