Have had a great experience with Hoban. Managed to rearrange my interview to a time that suited me and the interview was stress free and fast. Hoban also found me a job 4 days after my interview, which is very quick compared to other companies.

Was told I did really good at the assessments but when finally made it and had a combined panel interview with the actual agency the job was with and Hoban I got told I didn't go as good as I could have at the interview. So obviously the interview was the deciding factor regardless how well you can actually have done the job

advised everyone not to deal with this company after they mishandled the solitary placement contract ever given to them. They were dismissed for total professional incompetence, then we had to threaten then repeatedly with legal action after they refused to refund the service they lied to us about. went on for about a month! I will certainly never do business with them ever again
