Wow. Worst customer service I have experienced in an incredibly long time. And that "customer service" came from the CEO of the company. I will be letting our HR company who recommended we try hiresafe know not to recommend their company in the future.

Awful customer experience, called to tell me that I "clearly wasn't smart enough to read the doggone thing".... charge you to sign up without offering any services and refuse to refund when they don't follow through.
