Don't apply to jobs through this company if you're a minority with any hint of a hue in your skin tone; they'll discriminate against you based on the video you submit, and then proceed to give you some sort of runaround. Save your time, and look closely at where and who the other 5 star reviews are coming from.

I waited over 2 1/2 weeks for a response, only to tell me no. No human contacts at all, just make you submit videos. I would not waste your time with a company that cannot even do an in person interview (even a phone call). Also seems a little sketchy it seems all 5 stars or 1 star.

Lousy staffing agency!!! They don't deserve a star! So Google please fix this.They are definitely racist! Seen the people that has given them five stars I can see why.. Asking for a video in a application! I didn't even finish it! They have bad policy that's why they will never be on top..

HireArt offer a fantastic way to find and screen candidates. I used to dread advertising a position because I would get so many resumes, and it was very challenging to identify who to interview. HireArt takes all that away. Instead they deliver pre-screened candidates. It works very well.

Chris talked to me by phone a month in and asked for my feedback and impressions of working at the company I was placed in. That extra and meaningful step reinforced that he and HireArt cared about my happiness in the role beyond just the placement phase. Throughout my relationship with HireArt, they were in frequent communication and served as a helpful bridge between myself and my placement supervisors. This organization has a bunch of talented, kind Professionals, and they left an enduring impression on me. The prevailing thought out there, and one I myself believed in once upon a not too long ago time, is that recruiters solely see you as a path in pursuit of the Benjamins. Not true of HireArt. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the staff for helping elucidate that there are people in this industry who are working hard to see that others find their dream jobs.
