If it were possible I would be giving this agency a zero star review. Four friends and myself have all attempted employment through Hire Alternatives only to be sorely disappointed. Miss one day of work, even with a doctors note, and they refuse to find you anymore assignments(claiming nothing is available). Have an assignment ended and good luck ever hearing from them again. Waited for days to be contacted, yet whenever I called them was told they had NOTHING and would be in touch when they found something. Tell me how you have no assignments for a whole week? I’ve heard from factories I’ve been through that employers are beginning to go through different agencies and if I were you I would do the very same. If it was just one bad experience I would less upset, but the fact that my friends have experienced the same exact issues shows that this company is completely lacking. Ended up extremely behind on bills because this agency simply DOESNT CARE.
