I have worked with Randy and Linda at Highpoint Payroll for years. If I could define a perfect vendor, they would be the ones. Their professionalism is unsurpassed, as is their responsiveness. If I have a problem (99% of which are created by my own errors), they fix it quickly and without complaint. This is a pretty big deal to me, as it is so rare for any business to resist the temptation to "straighten out" customers who make mistakes, especially when they make them more than once. If I have a question they can't answer, they find the answer for me. I am far from a high-volume customer, yet, without fail they treat me like I am their most important client. I'd have to move to another planet to even consider hiring another company to do my payroll.
