I worked for High Sierra Pools for 5 years. I faced harassment from my supervisor, whom received a salary, but rarely did his job. I was forced to work with Hydrochloric Acid for years before being told that only my supervisor could fill that tank. Due to poor management, companies that hire High Sierra for pool maintenance will find themselves angry and disappointed by delayed repairs. HSP has yet to fire Leo Contreras of Rochester and Buffalo NY

I have been working with High Sierra for a few years and they have always been professional and super customer friendly. The pool that they managed is very large and complicated, they ran the pool seamlessly all summer long. They even came out for a doggy swim with our residents dogs. Shout out to Ivan and Simeon! They are both great.

I’m one of the gusts at Virginia exactly Alexandria. I’m extremely satisfied by their service and hard work specially one of the lifeguard who’s name JAKUB SEJNA who’s doing an amazing and great job at swimming pool. It’s my 3rd year here in this area and I would love if #high Sierra pools can keep him for us here at our swimming pool.

This is our 4th season using High Sierra Pools for our community. Their management team is friendly and very personable. Communication is excellent and all requests are responded to quickly. Milos and his team are top notch!

We have been using High Sierra Pools for 6 or 7 years now and we absolutely love the quality of service they provide us. They are always very responsive when we need something and they always provide quality lifeguards. Our residents and non residents are always complimenting us on the cleanliness of our pool too! We will always recommend them!

Worked indoors at LA fitness & some pools were very humid, with poor air quality... shifts are 9 hours with no breaks & only one guard on duty. Fresh air / breaks are very important but aren’t considered? last minute schedule changes would also always happen. Maybe you guys could shorten shifts or have rotations for indoor pools ♂️
