I actually left their office crying today after one of the employees talked to me in the most disrespectful and insulting way. I have never been treated so horribly by a company or business before in my life. The man said that I had an attitude with the receptionist the day prior, (which I did because she was being rude and disrespectful to me. I did not yell or cuss or even raise my voice to her.. just voiced my concern over a policy). so when I walked in today he shoved my invoices in my face told me to pay and get out and never come back. The prior receptionist was ALWAYS caring and sweet and the only employee at H&H that was respectable. I was confused when she abruptly quit and walked out on the place.. but if this is how they treat people I completely understand now. When I calmly asked the man about the policy in question his answer was “that’s none of your business. It’s for us to know, now hurry up and pay so you can leave”. Wouldn’t explain my tax returns to me, just where to sign and to mail them off to. Worst service EVER!
