First, accept you don't matter to them. And you will have to explain your problem multiple times to the same staff and to many other staff (why don't they share information with each other?). The rooms are small and cramped with only curtains separating patient beds. I suppose I was eventually seen by a trainee doctor, but in future I will avoid treatment at this hospital if possible.
