There are some people very nice at this place, but there are a few that dont have people skills and have no intention to help out in any form. Very bad overall experience.

We have worked with this company for many years and they are always knowledgeable about the many details of large projects. I can honestly say they are always looking out for the property owners best interest!!

Tried calling to complain about a neighbor looking into my car and trying to get into it. Theyve also been threating to fine me for lack of a parking sticker even though no one has these supposed stickers. They told me because I rent I'm not allowed to make complaints. If they manage your property complain to your board members that's exactly what I plan on doing.

They have repeatedly made mistakes with our billing due to us being renters and not the home owners at our unit. Just today I tried calling to cancel our payments as we are finally moving out of Heritage Hills, and lo and behold I am greeted with a message that because of an outage with Optimum that they can't receive phone calls. Though they do have an emergency line available and they are able to leave that message. So ridiculous, the level of customer service from these folks is horrendous.

Rude with no people skills. Also buyer beware. They will not provide HOA rules until you sign a Contract for Sale, so you are bound by rules you don't know about before signing.

I have been having a persistent problem for four years with heat issues at the condo I own (and live at), in a development managed by Heritage. I have been in regular contact with Laura Morano, an "Assistant Manager" at Heritage, regarding this problem, since the end of October (when it became completely unbearable). The heating specialist she has sent to help has been trying hard to resolve the problem, I believe. But it has become clear to me that despite excellent documentation of my problem, that Laura Morano is probably not listening to him, and that she sees her job as patronizing and infantalizing me (because I am a senior citizen, or because she is lazy?), and is not taking my VERY WELL DOCUMENTED PROBLEM seriously. I would think long and hard about having your development contract with Heritage Management if Laura Morano will be assigned to your development.
