Couldn't be more pleased with my experience with using heritage companies for my benifits. Saved me money and got better insurance for me and my team members. As a small business owner getting high quality affordable insurance helps me retain the best talent. Frankly anyone can sale me insurance and I didn't think there was much of a difference until I gave them a shot. The difference was clear. They gave me so many options and got to know me and my team to help me decide what was best. After the sale it was even more impressive. They help all my team members with any questions they have when dealing with insurance. That level of commitment to my company I didn't expect and was thrilled to receive. On a side note I just set up a simple Ira with them for my employees with a small match from me. You need to give this company a shot. They remember what costumer service is.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Horrible communication with agents. Second time using them on individual insurance plans and we are stuck doing it on our own...AGAIN!!!!

I cannot say enough about this company. Clients come first and the integrity they operate with should be an example to any business. Several years ago Mike's diligence and hard work was the only difference between being taken advantage by a unethical doctor for thousands of dollars and owing nothing because the carrier realized their mistake in recommending him. In this day and age you NEED an agent on your side. The websites don't care.

They shop the rates around to give you the best solution for your company. They has offer an amazing HR management system for smaller companies that has been a tremendous help to us since we don't have a full-time HR manager. This company goes above and beyond in customer service!
