HEPA has arrived promptly each time they have visited the site, had the correct equipment, and proceeded immediately with their work. HEPA Environmental has cooperated effectively with Emerald Environmental to resolve the problems of the mold and the asbestos. Frank Burke has been particularly knowledgeable, supportive, and concerned for my welfare of my four grandchildren and me. HEPA was very accommodating! After I called about some asbestos in our basement, they were out within days to check everything out and then within the week we had everything corrected. They also gave us a recommendation for HVAC repair, which also turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Communication is prompt and they were very clean. Thank you!

Very nice experience. The workers were courteous, knowledgeable and on time. They did an awesome job of cleaning up the asbestos and removing the debris. They left the affected area clean and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving.

This company did an excellent job assisting the homeowner with the documentation required to complete their claim with the Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust. The successful claim allowed the homeowner to recoup a significant portion of their cost. ZAI Trustee
