Really disappointed. I used Montgomer & Webb on the square for years, but I got a recommendation for Hensley & Thrineberry through a business associate to do my my joint tax return with my wife.A very ommitions they missed really showed they didn't pay much attention to my detailed file I keep NOR the simplified summary I do at the end of year. I pay quarterly estimated Federal and KY taxes, and they totally missed the KY tax payments! This and I dropped my simple file off the first week of March and it took 5 weeks to get it done and they did it wrong. Then when I questioned bout why Inwas paying a penalty as well as DOUBLE the KY income tax, I have to do the digging through the files they had for 6 weeks!Really unprofessional. I can't with good concious recommend them for any accounting tasks.

This rating is for first impression. We were referred to this office and just dropped our information off so our taxes are not completed yet. This office was welcoming and fun. They made you feel like you were stopping by to hang out. We dealt with Marty (she has a great personality) and our CPA is Steve. He was very informative but talked with you not above you.

They are always available to answer questions and offer advice. They are dedicated and hard working when it comes to our accounting needs, but they are also very personable.
