It's unclear whether this company has an HR department, which is unsettling considering its size. They did not demonstrate a clear understanding of how to properly source and communicate with potential candidates. Lot of red flags.

One of the worst jobs I had. Telemarketing! For to annoy people by calling them over 10 times..even when they asked not be bothered 😡😫😠

Worked here last year. Very unprofessional. Very pushy on appointment setting. People in which you are calling to set up an appointment are upset, do not want to be contacted and are basically harassed unless you are told to place them on the do not call listing . still have yet to receive a w2. Waste of time working here. No long term career.

My in-depth review of working here was removed, its awful, i was fired because of poor communication between HR and Management, and my approved request for time off (i even had an email verifying it) for fathers day weekend wasnt sent to whoever it needed to go to and i was marked as a no call no show for 3 days. I almost got to 90 days, almost.

Do not work for HealthFair. I have neighbors that worked in the call center, and a classmate from college that worked in the data side of the company. All of them had a bad experience. The call center attrition rate is extraordinary. Several of my friends needed their job but quit before the training period ended. One friend was fired before training ended; I know her to be professional, arrive early, and dress appropriately. Furthermore, the call center is currently being outsourced. If you work in the call center, plan on losing your job before the 90 day probation period ends and benefits start. The data side of the company is ran by incompetence and mismanagement. My jaw dropped as my friend from college told me about her experience. HealthFair is a good example of a company whose upper management is unable to identify technical proficiency, and unwilling to appropriately compensate capable employees.
