They don't pay for inductions. I logged just over 40 hours in 3 months. Chantelle will happily lie to you and hang up on you. The contractor they linked me with 'Johny murry' working on behalf of shultz earth moving will also lie. Told me 5-6 days a week easy. Site managers say they don't need you, when you confront them expect misdirection and laughter. (HB-Johny murry-Shultz earth moving-Nexus) Everyone's responsible yet no one is. Classic web of liability. Only when i quit is when the phone calls for actual work started to come in - also classic.

As a regular employer, I have used HB on many, many occasions. I have been treated with absolute professionalism and respect and have come to expect incredible service with extremely efficient and immediate response. On some occasions, Anne has managed to organise interviews for me the afternoon of my phone call, with an employee starting the very next day. Without HB and Anne, I would be absolutely lost. In terms of the candidates themselves, HB has produced some of the hardest working staff I have employed. My biggest success story would be an employee who started working part time, and in the 2 years she has been with us, has progressed into a management role. I can't recommend HB and Anne Selman highly enough. Thank you HB Group, you have made my job as a manager a million times easier, time and time again.

Great Team to work for, have gone back a couple of times for part-time work. Would fully recommend registering if your looking for work part-time or full time as they have positions come up all the time.
