Rude, judgemental and the worst to go to if you hope to be spoken to with any professionalism or politeness. There are so many recruiters out there. In particular, I would recommend People2People or Michael Page as an alternative. I had sent the same CV to all 3 recruiters, received 3 interviews from P2P and MP but not even a courtesy reply email from Hays. Then, when I gave them a courtesy call to follow up - I was belittled over the phone by both Jenny Rowan and Kristal Godfrey. It’s just not worth the effort.
