After applying for a job I have more then enough experience for I continued to phone to speak to the recruiter and follow up on the application. Only to never have call backs and given the run around. When you have highly skilled employees ready to go immediately and to do what it takes to get a role, the service (or lack of) provided by this company is disheartening. Let alone the businesses that pay this company to recruite skilled employees! What a waste of money that would be. An absolute lack of customer service astounds me. Never in my working career in Administration and Management have I come across such poor service. And as a Manager, if my employees ever displayed such lack of attention or poor service towards clients.....I struggle to think how the people that work for this company even got the role to begin with. I would avoid this company as a potential employee and definitely as an employer.

No call backs, horrible cliet to service communication, and minimialistic approach to recruitment. No information on the subject business for prior investigation. No professional approach to solving any client-service issues. Using Skype to conduct interviews, especially now that Skype is broken software, makes for a very stressful day.I would highly recommend against using Hays as you have a better chance cold calling businesses and begging for a job.

Worst recruitment agency! Beware of these people, once your registered with them they don't forward you for any jobs and never contact you!! Avoid these scammers!!!!
