I currently work for Hays Maroochydore and i have had nothing short of a fantastic experience, Hays are extremely professional and go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. In particular my Recruitment consultant Erin Matheson, securing me a position that I have been able to learn so many new skills and grow within my career. I would highly recommend working with Hays.

Not impressed by their lack of service. I visited their office, was asked to submit via email my cv and covering letter about the type of work I was seeking. I followed up the next day to ask if my email was received and was told yes and that I would be contacted the following day. Never heard a thing from them. When I was in business I used Hays often for recruitment and other HR services and this office is a long way from the standard I expected from Hays. Disappointing.

I would not recommend Hays at Maroochydore. I've dealt with their other offices in Sydney and Brisbane, who are switched on and helpful and have access to great temp staff and positions, however the team at Maroochydore, are the absolute opposite. The two people I've dealt with at the Maroochydore office are uninterested in assisting, don't answer emails, return calls, follow through on meeting requests or respond to deadlines.
